Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, you have 30 days to return it.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. This includes items that turned out to be the wrong size.

Hair and Beauty Items

Wigs, bundles, closures and frontals can be returned if they are unworn and unaltered. That means the lace is uncut and the hair has not been washed, colored, combed out or installed. For hygiene reasons, lashes, hair care and edge control cannot be returned once opened.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email aubrirasboutique@aubrirasboutique.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label. For all other returns, the customer pays return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

We email you once we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, and your bank may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, color or length, return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

Sale Items and Final Sale

Sale items follow this same policy unless the product page says Final sale. Gift cards and Final sale items cannot be returned.
