Is there a discount for new customers?

Yes. New customers get 10% off their first order. Sign up with your email in the "Get 10% off your first order" box near the bottom of our homepage, and your discount code appears on the screen right after you sign up. Enter the code at checkout. The offer is one use per customer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal, Amazon Pay and Shop Pay. Pay-over-time options are shown at checkout on qualifying orders.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days after that, so most orders arrive 6 to 10 business days after you order. Express shipping takes 1-2 business days after processing. Some items ship directly from our partner suppliers and may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $4.99 on orders under $50.00 and $10.00 on orders of $50.00 or more. Express shipping is $24.99. Standard shipping to Canada is $35.00. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Wigs, bundles, closures and frontals must be unworn and unaltered. For hygiene reasons, lashes, hair care and edge control cannot be returned once opened. Email us before sending anything back. I'm new to wigs. Where should I start?

Headband wigs and glueless wigs are the easiest to start with. A headband wig slips on with no lace to handle, and a glueless wig goes on in minutes with no glue. Message us with the length and style you like and we will point you to one.
