Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $4.99 on orders under $50.00, and $10.00 on orders of $50.00 or more
Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $24.99

Delivery times start once your order has been processed. With standard shipping, most orders arrive 6 to 10 business days after you order.

Some items ship directly from our partner suppliers. Delivery times for those items may be longer, and shipping may be calculated at checkout.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Aubriras Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states within the United States.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada. Standard shipping to Canada is $35.00.

Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Need It by a Certain Date?

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS services. Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at aubrirasboutique@aubrirasboutique.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or building management. We recommend waiting 24-48 hours as sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. If the package cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. You will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to request an address change.
